I can’t remember if I heard this on one of Jack’s teleseminars or somewhere else. Is anyone aware of local banks doing L/O to investors on their REO’s. I called a few local banks where I live and they said they only accept cash. I know they are getting inundated with them so maybe they’ll change their minds in a few months.

Jack mentioned that on one of his conference calls. They might not accept LO yet — but I bet they will as their inventory swells.
