  • Gang,

I’m about done reading Jack’s Creative Financing Solutions workbook.

Jack wrote this around 2002. The new millennium had just begun. As I write this, it was 21 years ago. My, where does the time go?

This course is OK, but not lots of hard core detail. It gives board ways to structure deals, but not the meat and potatoes.

If you’re newer to investing, this will be a good read. It’s about 80 pages. It allows someone who barely speaks creative deal structuring to get a glimpse behind the curtain of creative deal making to see some of the tools available to dealmakers.

    Gang,

Just Completed Jack’s Creative Financing Solutions. Will be making needed corrections to this course in the coming weeks. Once that task is done, will seamlessly repost this manual.

The question now becomes: Which course do I tackle next?
