    I live in Georgia and i got a call from a seller here who has a house she NEEDS to sell in Calumet City, a Suburb of Chicago.

    She told me it was ok to post her information here so if you know anyone in that area please give her a call…

    Talked to the husband last night. No deal here. House worth about 130K. In foreclosure.
    One month or less to reinstate. Need 8-9 K to bring current. Loan balance 119K.
