Hi Jackie,
I was listening to Dan Butler’s call on “Using Options in Creative Ways”
Can I sell my option on a monthly installment option consideration payments on the unpaid balance of the option and the contract will also give possession as option consideration, if the buyer defaults I can take back the house, buyer can sign a UCC note?
