Last month, I got a package of 43 houses. I’ve got them mostly all fixed up and rented to make it an instant cash flow opportunity for buyers.

Here’s an example of one of the packages:

Five houses, rehabbed, rented for $3450 a month – selling for $183,000 to a cash buyer or I can finance with 20% down at $208,000

I’ve sold large volumes (12-24) of houses in 1 – 2 days using a Magic Bus Tour but I think these would not be well suited for a Bus Tour/auction environment.

I’ve got a large list of investors I can market them to and will be adding them to my wholesale web site this week. I will also be running an ad on EBAY.

Any other ideas on how to get these packages of houses sold quickly?

I’ve got an opportunity to get another package of 60 houses but I don’t want to take on more until I get these sold.
