Ive heard mention at a number of seminars that for needed cash flow SFR tax write-offs can be sold. Is there anywhere on this site that explains this. The mechanics, documents and the way to structure this.
I have someone in much need of write offs and is very willing to buy them. Im also in a position that I dont need them right now and would love to sell them. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated

Hi Dee,
Watch Peter Fortunao’s video in the exchanging section. He does a great job of explaining how you can sell or exchage differents parts of real estate.
Also do a search in the Learning Center for Title Bundle of Rights — for an audio of Jack Miller talking about how you can sell off some of the rights of owners.
