I’m looking for this info in the Learning center and old forums and can’t find it. Does anyone know where it is??

I need it for a “subject to” that is being sold because I sunk too much into it in repairs and need to get my $$s out – however the down market means that appraisals are down. I’ll still make a few $$s however want to protect some profit for the future if the property is resold in the next few years.
