Hi all,

I have an opportunity to option/package/build/JV about a dozen vacant lots and mobile homes. Currently working with a local County Planning & Zoning to allow mobile homes.

Where should I look for new mobile homes to place on these lots? Should I not overlook used homes?
How do I get them sold to end users?

Talk to a local new home mobile home dealer and cut a package deal on price. If you sell the home to end users on terms should be easy to move.

Sometimes the new mobile home dealers take on older home as a trade-in. Talk to them about that too

Keep in mind the cost to move it and set it up. I have no idea what that cost these days.
