I hear that staging can result in quicker sales and higher prices. do you typically have your HNS homes staged?

do you have any ideas of how we can get stagers to do our HBS homes perhaps on a contingency basis, so that we pay them out of our profits?

I have tried it both ways.

Staging has never resulted in a faster HBS. The dates for the sale are already set.
Staging has never resulted in a higher price either. In fact, if it is staged wrong or there is too much furniture, it can hurt your sales price. Less is always better,it makes the house appear bigger.

It is best to just have fancy towels in the bathrooms, and fresh flowers in various areas inside and outside the houise. Clean Clean Clean is more important than staging.

keep it simple. No staging is necessary.
