    Hello all, I have a few questions.
    Whats the first thing that you should do to get a legit real estate investor business going? Step by step.

    On the matter of the call topic tonight, where is the master lease in the file fault?
    Does the master lease require a brokers license to rent or list the property?
    Does the property ever change hands or put into a land trust?
    Do you use an option and get the master lease after the option?
    Where is the best place to locate these types of deals?
