Hello,
Is there any financial calculator or software that you can recommend me which can calculate stepped payments or uneven cash flows where the loan keeps amortizing and provides an amortization schedule? Also, how would your word the promissory note to say that I will increase a certain amount such as $25 to the monthly payments for the first 3 years?
