I’m getting calls just about every day from investor/speculators who are in a panic about the subprime meltdown news. Their whole business revolved around buying/fixing/selling – and that’s not going to be so easy anymore.
They have not been educated in all the other ways to make money with real estate.
We are lucky that we have all of Jack’s great information available to help guide us through these uncertain times.
Because it is harder for sellers to sell, I know I’ll be able to buy a lot of houses with seller financing and keep them as rentals or I could wrap the note and sell with seller financing.
These are GOOD times for me!
