Today I got an email from a frustrated “new” landlord who has been trying to rent two condos she recently purchased. She tried long term tenants but got no where. She tried airbnb but it was not filling up the properties. We’ve been communicating for awhile and I offered several solutions to try to help her.
Today I could hear/feel the total frustration in her email so I offered the solution that I would rent the properties and she would get a guaranteed rent every month without dealing with tenants or marketing or turnover. She gladly said YES! She said she could feel the weight lifted off her shoulders. I will get about $200 per month cash flow per property, $400 per month total.
These properties are in a great location and I know a lot of people moving to the area, so it will be easy for me to keep them rented.
Find people with vacant properties. They are ideal candidates for Master Leasing.
