    I received a list of unclaimed property for my county and was able to track down the owner or executor of these properties.
    Any suggestions what my post cards should say other than sell your house in 7 days.

    when possible, go to the property to see if anyone is living there. Talk to the neighbors to see if you can get a phone number or email for the person in charge of the property.

    These could be adverse possession possibilities – but you need to know the rules in your state. You can find the rules in the Property Code for your state.
