On TripAdvisor most places have great reviews. But if you search for the places with the WORST reviews, you’ll find some potential motivated sellers of hostels and hotels.
Same with AirBnb.com or VRBO – most places have great reviews. But search for the places with the WORST reviews to find potential motivated sellers.
It’s no different than finding house deals – we’re looking for the worst house on the street. You can sometimes find that just driving around (or recruiting people to drive around for you), or get a list of code violations.
