Hello everyone…I would like to know if wholesaling Vacant Lots is the same process as wholesaling Single Family Houses….and can someone provide a example of a filled out contract when wholesaling Vacant Lots. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some guidance on how to proceed. Thanks again.

Instead of just wholesaling vacant land, you should consider doing a Highest Bidder Sale
