    My name is Matt and I live in Central Florida, approx. 45 mins from Orlando. I’ve been interested in real-estate investments for years and think I’m finally in a position to make some real things happen.

    My partner and I made a substantial amount from the sale of our first home and I was able to sell off a piece of property I inherited. Too bad zoning wouldn’t have allowed me to turn it into a park, that would have been amazing!

    Just finished “Deals on Wheels” last night and happened to stumble across this site. From my understanding, the SAFE Act has really thrown a monkey wrench into things so I’m hoping to find some tips to get around it legally. Looking forward to learning all I can and getting some deals under my belt!
