I hear great things about David Tilney’s resources for property management. However, since his education seems to be in-person and not online in nature, I’m looking for resources/course/etc. that will help bridge the gap until I can get to a Tilney course. Does anyone have any recommendations whether its Cash Flow Depot or elsewhere?

My background is finance and not property management, so my natural inclination is to shy away from rentals and look towards creating notes exclusively, but I know this is short sighted. I’d like to get a bit more educated on management so I can set aside my notion of concern with rentals.

Such a responsive forum. Glad I found people willing to share insights. Is the management mastery program focused on this? I thought I saw that it was a collection of books written by Miller.

David Tilney’s course is going to be a bit more modernized than Jack’s stuff, but there’s no substitute for Jack Miller’s insights on any topic.
