Top 10 Projects You Can Outsource To Your Virtual Assistant

Just before I went to dinner with friends, I set up hosting on my server for 3 new web sites.  I sent the information to one of my virtual assistants in Brazil along with instructions to build 3 new web sites.  Three hours later I returned and one of the sites is already finished. I’m paying $50 per site for a 6 page web site which is search engine friendly and fully optimized.  Within 2-3 days each site will be ranked #1 for its keywords.

Prior to setting up hosting and buying the domain names, I got my full-time virtual assistant in the Philippines to do extensive keyword research to determine which domain names would be best for my project.  I got the detailed keyword list within 24 hours.  I pay my full time Virtual Assistant $350 per month (for 40 hours per week of work).

Instead of me slaving over keyword research and building web sites, I got to enjoy dinner with friends.

That’s one of the top reasons to outsource!  It frees up your time.

Outsourcing is the process of delegating some of your business processes to a third party.  The third party could be someone who works for you full time or part time or it could be someone you hire for a temporary assignment. And the third party could be someone in your same town, a different state, or even a different country.

Project could be building web sites, marketing, phone calls, research, SEO, data entry, accounting, graphics design, writing articles, press releases, ebooks, etc.

Outsourcing is an ideal way to get more done with less of YOUR time.  The more things you can get someone else to do, the more time you’ll have to develop real estate referral networks and talk to motivated sellers.

Here are some things a Virtual Assistant can do to help your real estate business:

1: Press Releases about your business or houses for sale

2: RESEARCH

3: Website and web site traffic

4: Craigslist for buying and selling

5: Outbound and Inbound Phone Calls 24/7

6.  Direct Mail Marketing

7.  Prospecting Expired, FSBO, NOD

8: Accounting and Bookkeeping

9: Managing Email

10. Find motivated sellers
