We have not recorded seller calls yet. We’re been trying to work out a good system for the leads before we ramp them up.
Initially, we just got the lead then posted in on cashflowdepot for a small referral fee.People were taking the leads but not paying the referral fee or even worse, not even calling the seller.
Plan B. So, now we are calling all the sellers, negotiating the best deal, then getting a contract before it is posted
on cashflowdepot.We’re still trying to work out a solution to getting some GREAT way below market deals but no one wants them.

I’ll take anything anywhere in the country as far as Highest Bidder Sale is concerned, and even work on anything you may deem fit for me. 1/2 of anything is better than Zero of something.2017 is going to be the year I turn this into a business and not “dabbling in REI”. I am trying to walk away from my design/renovate/rehab work I do. I know my strength lies in working with a team where the end goal is mutual benefit of all parties concerned and in doing so, creating a win-win situation for all.

Three Highest Bidder Sales were done by cashflowdepot members last weekend ( that I know of, maybe more), with a combined net profit of $98,000!! These were all wholesale type properties and sold to CASH buyers.
